You’re the one people come to when they’re in a pinch. You run errands, house sit, edit resumes, give advice and remind people to do things that they’ll probably forget.
Not everybody has this type of aptitude for patiently guiding people through multiple processes of life, but you relish it.
It’s nice to be needed, but it’s even nicer to be paid to be needed.
